Remove ceiling drywall to access old and new mold from leak of upstairs toilet. Sprayed 2 different agents to kill mold and sealed with a paint type preventitive barrier. Also referred us to a drywall repair contractor he has known whom does nice work.
Phone call was answered immediately. Free Estimate was done the next day at the time agreed. Estimate was emailed that night. Process of remediation of mold explained. Service was done a few days later, as his schedule allowed. Mold killing agents did not have too caustic a smell. Larry is very conscientious about his workmanship and clean up. The drywall contractor whom Larry recommended and often works with came the next day and also did a great job.We would recommend Mold Busters to others. (And NO...Thankfully, he does not have a vehicle with MOLD BUSTERS displayed all over it in the driveway, for the neighbors and local Real Estate agents to see!)

Suspected mold in attic was tested, and an air sample in living quarters was taken and tested. Mold on attic rafters was promptly remediated (killed and encapsulated).
Our house was up for sale, and after an inspection report stated "suspected mold in attic"....we contacted Mold Busters for testing. We received a very quick response from Larry, and the testing and examination went smoothly. Before the results were back, we proactively scheduled the "remediation." Larry showed up prepared, and in about 4-5 hours had our entire attic rafters sprayed with a biocide, then sprayed again with an encapsulation product. The smell wasn't too bad, but did linger for about a week. Our house was on the market, and the smell was very tolerable, so it didn't interfere with showing the house. I would recommend Mold Busters to anyone who needs mold testing, and remediation. However, I wish that the scientific mold analysis report had been accompanied with a written explanation of what it exactly means. Larry verbally discussed the results with us, but I had nothing "reassuring" in writing to give prospective buyers. Larry did provide several scientific articles discussing mold types, etc, but these sounded too scary to show prospective buyers. I did receive a written letter stating that the mold had been professionally "remediated", with the detailsl of the products used. In summary, it was a fast conclusion to an upsetting problem, especially since our house was on the market.

I contacted Mold Busters and spoke to the owner Larry. Larry spent about a 1/2 hr. discussing with me the various options for mold testing and remediation. Larry was very thorough and professional throughout the entire interactive process.
Our mold testing was scheduled and completed within a very reasonable timeframe. The results revealed a problem, but not as extensive as first thought. Mold Busters was contracted to complete the remediation and all was resolved with complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mold Busters as a reliable, professional and honest company to handle your mold concerns.

Mold removal from drywall and carpet in the basement. Had to remove some drywall and carpet and treat surfaces to remove and kill the mold.
Larry answered my call for an estimate and service scheduling over the Memorial Day weekend and came by promplty on the Tuesday following the holiday to remove mold from my leaky basement. He did the work on time, thoroughly, and for a price I didn't feel was outrageous. I recommend MoldBusters and will look to them for help in the future.

Manually sprayed a ~25' x 25' attic to treat green mold, first with a chemical to kill it and then with one to encapsulate it (with 6 month residual killing ability).
Mold Busters is great! Larry was prompt, professional, polite and knowledgeable, and I thought that the price was very reasonable. We paid for an expensive evaluation by another remediation company, fully expecting that it was a sales job that would result in an very thorough recommendation for services, and they gave us mostly boilerplate for the evaluation, and never followed up with an offer for services to take care of the problem. Then we called Mold Busters. No fuss, no muss, Larry asked what size the area to be treated was and gave me a quote over the phone, and took care of it the next Tuesday!! It really feels good when you find a company that does what they say they will, and helps you get things done without a lot of chasing them down!

Ripped out areas affected by mold in basement: about 10 linear feet of Baseboard, Drywall and affected carpeting.Traced hidden areas underneath for further affected areas.Treated all areas with Biocide and other treatments.Found the cause of the water: foundation crack.Advised me on solutions.
Called Larry to advise on how to treat problem. After hearing my description, he promptly gave me an estimate on the work over teh phone.I appreciated him not trying to upsell me like others. His quote was also very reasonable. He arrived promptly and performed the services above very professionally. He made sure he took the necessary time explaining what he was doing. He invited plenty of questions and discussion. When we found the source of the moisture, he was very knowledgeable of what the cause was and explained different ways to address it.He was done by the end of the day. He was very clean, too.

Mold testing in basement, bathroom, and foyer.
I recently had a toilet line break and flood a foyer. My wife was concerned with mold growing in the basement due to the leak. I called Mold Busters after checking out reviews posted on Angieslist. Larry came out very quickly, set up shop, educated me on what he was doing, and then provided me with an assessment. After speaking with Larry I felt completely confident with the information and service he provided. I did not feel he was trying to pile on fees or set me up for future-failure. With in a week I was provided with the results of his testing. Larry took the time to take me through the numbers until I confidently understood the results. I will not purchase a home without having had Mold Busters do what they do. I will refer Mold Busters with complete confidence to anyone I know who might be in need of mold testing or remediation.

Removed wall and countertop from kitchen after PVC pipe leak.
Larry was great and is highly recommended. He did not make me wait for an appointment, showed up on time, was professional, quick, and neat. He did a great job and went above and beyond to do the job right. We had a leak in a PVC pipe behind our kitchen cabinets. Mold was growing and Larry made sure he looked everywhere and got every last speck of mold. He looked behind every cabinet and did not stop at only the areas we could see. My fear is that a random contractor will stop at just the areas they (or the home owner) can see. I have 100% confidence in Larry's work. One other thing, he was very pleasant also. He has all "A"s on Angie's list for a reason!

We had a full home mold inspection performed. This included visual inspection, moisture readings in walls and surfaces, and air sample collection / analysis. We also received tips for managing the humidity levels in our place.
Larry did a very thorough mold inspection, and provided helpful comments and ideas as we went thru the house together. He was prompt, and flexible to work around our schedule. The mold lab reports came back in the time period he said they would, and his follow up with us after the results arrived was very helpful and professional. We will definitely use Mold Busters in the future if the need arises, and strongly recommend the company.
